Does a home inspection imply that a home either “passes or fails?” The short answer is “no.” Home inspectors are essentially evaluating the integrity of the home in terms of its structure and all component systems such as plumbing, electrical, heat and air conditioning, etc. The findings are analyzed in a computer generated report and given to the client so that he or she can make an informed decision in regards to moving ahead with the purchase of the property. As always, the inspector is available to discuss the report either on the day of the inspection or any time thereafter.
Do I have to be there for the inspection? While it is not required, We strongly recommend that the potential buyer(s) join the inspector as he inspects the house. The client can learn so much about the house such as the location for emergency shut-offs as well as seeing first hand the problematic areas that the inspector will report on.
What is the average price for an inspection? The factors that impact the price of an inspection is the location of the house as well as the size of the unit. Prices are very competitive. Please call for a quote. Please click here to proceed to page two of FAQ’s. Home
