I have been doing home repair for the past ten years. My wife and I are living in our second home in Evergreen Park.  In addition to performing home inspections and home repair, I teach at Moraine Valley Community College.

I received my home inspection training  in Chicago and passed the required Illinois Home Inspection  Exam on the first attempt.  After becoming a member of InterNachi, I have continued studying all of the facets of older and modern home construction. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree at Saint Xavier University, I earned my  Master’s Degree at DePaul University.

My wife Elizabeth owns  and operates A Brighter Future Childcare (www.ABrighterFutureChildcare.com)and we have two sons, John and Christopher II and a daughter, Catherine.  

Outside of inspecting homes and teaching, one can find me
spending  time with my family, and walking my dog Jet .   I also
can be found in my basement working  on my model railroad
layout, rebuilding the  rail lines of the old Chessie System.
